(1) The Commission shall submit the annual report of its activities to the President within three months of the end of the financial year.
(2) The following things should be mentioned in the report to be submitted according to sub-section (1):-
(a) Numerical details of the examination taken to select the candidates and the candidates who appeared and passed the examination,
(b) Consultations given by the Commission to various agencies and the status of implementation of such consultations,
(c) _ Counseling given to federal civil service employees during departmental action and punishment and the state of implementation of such counseling,
(d) Advice on the general principles to be adopted in the appointment, promotion and departmental action of various service posts and the state of implementation of such advice,
(e) Federal civil service and other federal government services and other matters deemed necessary by the commission, including matters to be improved in the service of organized organizations.
